REGISTER FOR SYC

PLEASE NOTE: Your registration is complete only when you have completed the following registration process:
 

1. Pay and fill out your SYC registration

2. Please fill out the Camp Liability Release Waiver within 72 hours after you register for SYC.

Refund Policy: If notification is received 14 days prior to date of camp starting, then you will get the registration fee less $60. No refund will be issued within 14 days of camp starting. No refund for arriving late or leaving early. Refunds for emergency reasons will be decided on a case by case basis.

Registration Cost: Cost includes transportation between Vancouver and Gardom, lodging, and meals. Please note that cost does not include Sunday dinner. Please pack a paper bag lunch or prepare some money for dinner during our brief break at Merritt. (A selection of fast-food restaurants and coffee shops are available.)

For Youths:
$425 - Early Bird registration before June 16, 2024
$455 - Regular Camp Fee (prices include transportation costs)

For Leaders or SYC+ (leaders in training): $340
